Job Description

Join us on a journey of success. As an Order taker, you will be the frontline ambassador for our guests’ in-room dining experiences. Your role is to efficiently and accurately process guest orders, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction

What you will be doing:

– Directly involved in the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders, courteously, efficiently and promptly.

– Know all menus and on going promotions in the outlet by heart and gives recommendations to guests upon request.

– To provide high standard of quality and follow-up to ensure proper delivery time on time as well as speedy service.

– To ensure that all operating standards are well understood in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.

– To ensure that the room service area is kept clean and organized at all times.

– Attend regular training session in line with the departmental SOP’s i.e. guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, telephone manners etc.

– Perform tasks as per instructions from the immediate supervisor and as per duty schedule.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

– Service focused personality is essential

– Previous experience in a similar role is an asset

– Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.

– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
